ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevLett.93.105505||Abstract:||The conditions under which enhanced planar channeling was produced on passing through a single interface rotation were discussed. It was observed that the planar channeling was occured when the beam tilt was matched to a small lattice rotation of∼2ψ p/6 at depths equal to half-multiplies ofλ. It was also observed that the planar channeling enhancement was arised when the beam passes through a layer thickness and encounters a small interface rotation which was matched to the beam tilt angle.
