Abstract: The conditions under which enhanced planar channeling was produced on passing through a single interface rotation were discussed. It was observed that the planar channeling was occured when the beam tilt was matched to a small lattice rotation of∼2ψ p/6 at depths equal to half-multiplies ofλ. It was also observed that the planar channeling enhancement was arised when the beam passes through a layer thickness and encounters a small interface rotation which was matched to the beam tilt angle. The beam was projected into the center of the phase space ellipse below the interface, that lead to certain trajectories undergo a reduction in their transverse energy.
