Issue Date: | 15-May-1999 | Citation: | Low, B.L.,Ong, C.K.,Lin, J.,Huan, A.C.H.,Gong, H.,Liew, T.Y.F. (1999-05-15). Structure and magnetization of MnSb thin films deposited at different substrate temperatures. Journal of Applied Physics 85 (10) : 7340-7344. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | The effects of GaAs substrate temperature on the structure and magnetic properties of MnSb thin films were studied using X-ray diffraction analysis and atomic force microscopy. At substrate temperatures 410 to 490 °C, the crystalline structure remained unchange. The preferential Mn segregation from the grains to the grain boundaries as substrate temperature increases, resulted in the reduction of magnetic coupling between grains. | Source Title: | Journal of Applied Physics | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/53194 | ISSN: | 00218979 |
