ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | We report a microfluidic device that allows isolating single Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) worms in tailored chambers and monitoring them throughout their full life-cycle. A synchronized worm population is automatically obtained from an on-chip worm culture and studied during the complete life-cycle.
