Abstract: The Glasgow COP26 climate conference ended close to midnight on 13 November 2021 with a range of decisions, resolutions and statements that make up the Glasgow Climate Pact. Part of the deal included the final pieces of the Paris Rulebook that were due to be finalised three years ago at the Katowice COP24 in 2018. This policy brief provides an overview of the key outcomes of COP26.
