ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.msea.2003.10.234||Abstract:||Microstructures of La-Cu-Ni-Al alloys of rod samples with 12mm diameter prepared by copper mould casting along La86-x[Cu0.5Ni0.5]xAl14 compositional line were studied by scanning electronic microscope (SEM) observation, and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Glassy rod with diameter of 12mm can be formed by copper mould casting.
