Optical lithography and electron beam technique were used for the fabrication of the films. Interhole spacing in the range of 2-6 μm were present in the films. The results show that coercivity increases with the decrease of interhole spacing due to presence of magnetic domain wall pinning.||Source Title:||Journal of Applied Physics||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/82644||ISSN:||00218979||DOI:||10.1063/1.1620682|
