ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1063/1.1620682||Abstract:||Magnetic properties of arrays of micron-size rectangular holes which are embedded in 800 Å Ni80Fe20 were discussed. Optical lithography and electron beam technique were used for the fabrication of the films. Interhole spacing in the range of 2-6 μm were present in the films.
