dc.description.abstract | Magnetic properties of arrays of micron-size rectangular holes which are embedded in 800 Å Ni80Fe20 were discussed. Optical lithography and electron beam technique were used for the fabrication of the films. Interhole spacing in the range of 2-6 μm were present in the films. The results show that coercivity increases with the decrease of interhole spacing due to presence of magnetic domain wall pinning. | |
