Abstract: Seeing is believing: A combination of a polythiophene derivative (PMNT) and i-motif DNA was found to behave like a pH-dependent switch that undergoes a reversible conformational switch, which can be directly visualized by naked eyes or by using a fluorescence method. © 2010 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH © Co.
