ScholarBank@NUS Repository.||Abstract:||Autofluorescence imaging has shown high sensitivity for early diagnosis and detection of cancer in humans. However, it has a limitation diagnostic specificity due to high false positive rates. In our study, we develop an integrated fluorescence endoscopic imaging and point spectroscopy system for real-time tissue measurements.
