Abstract: The Rashba effects based on the studying of spin-orbit interaction in a ferromagnetic two-dimensional electron gas (FM-DEG) device were investigated. The structural inversion asymmetry induced effect was used to study the ballistic charge transport across the device. The effect significantly modulated the spin polarization and magnetoconductance (MC) properties of the device.
