Abstract: This work presents an application of method of moments (MoM) with Rao-Wilton- Glisson (RWG) basis functions to analysing planer multi-port microstrip structures. The frequency dependent characteristics of the single open-circuit stub attached to a transmission line and a two-gap filter are derived. The numerical results are compared to these existing measurement data. A very good agreement is obtained from the comparison. As the Green's functions in closed form are used, the analyses is quite fast and effecient.
