However, they suffered from drawbacks such as insufficient functionality, prohibitive cost, the lack of connectivity and many other factors. To solve these problems, medical experts were consulted and an embedded tele-medical system was developed that allows a doctor to analyze and predict the ailment of a patient and direct the paramedic on the scene to perform potentially life-saving corrective actions or even promote recovery.
