In this paper, we propose an adaptive scheduling framework, compensation-based scheduling, to provide predictable execution times by using feedback control. The compensation-based scheduling compensates resource loss during application execution by dynamically allocating additional resources. The framework is evaluated by experiments conducted on the ALiCE scheduler.
