ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1109/AVSS.2005.1577303 | Abstract: | Video clip consists of frames, and each frame can be considered as a transformed picture of the reference frame. In this paper, we briefly discuss a framelet method for high-resolution image reconstruction to enhance the resolution of video clips. The detailed discussion can be found in [10]. Experiments on an actual video clip show that our method can provide information that are not discernable from the given video clip. © 2005 IEEE. | Source Title: | IEEE International Conference on Advanced Video and Signal Based Surveillance - Proceedings of AVSS 2005 | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/116775 | ISBN: | 0780393856 | DOI: | 10.1109/AVSS.2005.1577303 |
