dc.description.abstract | Video clip consists of frames, and each frame can be considered as a transformed picture of the reference frame. In this paper, we briefly discuss a framelet method for high-resolution image reconstruction to enhance the resolution of video clips. The detailed discussion can be found in [10]. Experiments on an actual video clip show that our method can provide information that are not discernable from the given video clip. © 2005 IEEE. | |
