Abstract: Some new criteria are derived for the oscillation of higher-order functional differential equations. Results obtained through comparison with second-order ordinary linear and first-order delay differential equations are used to study the oscillatory behavior of the neutral differential equations. The obtained results extend, improve, and correlate a number of existing criteria.
