Abstract: In this paper, we shall study the asymptotic behavior of solutions of difference equations of the form xn+1 = xn pf(xn-k1, xn-k2, ..., xn-kr), n = 0, 1, ..., where p is a positive constant and k1,..., kr are (fixed) nonnegative integers. In particular, permanence and global attractivity will be discussed.
