dc.description.abstractThe internal modes of TlNO3 have been studied by polarized IR spectra between 300-70K. Our data agree well with one of the proposed structures - C9 2v, and clearly contradicts the other - D15 2h. The IR spectra have been tentatively assigned according to space group C9 2v (Z=4) up to 2v3 mode region. © 1993.
