The calculation of quantum tunneling time, which was based on the transition duration of wave peak from one side of the barrier to the other, was described. The imaginary part of the tunneling time was associated with the energy derivatives of the probability amplitudes, while the real part was an extension of the phase tunneling time with quantum corrections. It was assumed that the wave packets between the two sides of the barrier was used to distribute sharply at a given energy without loss of generality. The calculation of the imaginary time was found to be same as the calculation of the flux-flux correlation function.
