dc.description.abstractLithium ion conducting thin films of various compositions have been prepared using rf-sputtering technique in the Li2O:P2O5:Nb5O5 glassy system. Ionic conductivity values of the order of σ=1.5×10-5 ω- cm- at 100°C have been measured for the composition 67.5Li2O:28.3P2O5:4.2Nb2O 5. Electrochemical measurements have be performed to determine the electronic conductivity and the decomposition potential of the films. Results are discussed and compared with the bulk composition. © 1991.
