dc.description.abstract | We investigated the phase transitions in the (CH3NH3)3Bi2(1-x)Sb 2xBr9 mixed crystal system. The concentration-temperature phase diagram was made on the basis of the result of dielectric measurements. The triple point was found at 32 mol% and 107 K in the phase diagram. | |
