A blue photoluminescence from the films was found in the wavelength region of 400-550 nm with two distinct humps in its peak. For films with the same Ge:C ratio, the photoluminescence intensity was found to increase monotonically with intensity of annealing in the open atmosphere.||Source Title:||Journal of Applied Physics||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/96474||ISSN:||00218979||DOI:||10.1063/1.1569995|
