dc.description.abstract | The B-site disorder in a thermally annealed, complex perovskite structure of Pb(Sc1/2Ta1/2)O3 (PST) was investigated. The mechanical activation (MA) induced PST disordering resulted in the deriving of ferroelectric behaviors. In regard with it, the MA induced B-site order-disorder transition in PST that lead to a change in the ferroelectric transition behavior and a shift in Curie temperature was investigated. | |
