dc.description.abstract | The novel complex [Ni(pps)Cl2]·CH2Cl2 (pps = bis(3-(diphenylphosphino) propyl)sulphide) has been synthesized as brown prisms and characterized by X-ray crystallography. The coordination sphere around Ni(II) is distorted square-pyramidal with a chloro ligand coordinated in the fifth position. A similar structure is assigned to the complex in solution. | |
