dc.description.abstractThe 13C NMR spectra of 1, 3, 6-trihydroxy-7-methoxy-8-(3, 7-dimethyl-2, 6-octadienyl)xanthone and its dimethyl derivative are discussed. The data obtained confirmed the assigned structures. The geometrical configuration of the C10 dienyl side-chain has been deduced as trans. © 1982.
