dc.description.abstract | The interlayer coupling strength between the L10-FePt layers was smaller with a TiN spacer compared to Ag spacer. The interlayer coupling was contributed by the magnetostatic and direct coupling from pinholes. The larger magnetostatic coupling field in the pseudo spin valve with Ag spacer was attributed to the thinner free L10-FePt layer and the rougher Ag/L10-FePt interface. © 2012 DSI. | |
