Abstract: Planar hall effects and magnetoresistance in Co/Cu/Ni80Fe 20 multilayers were investigated. Planar Hall devices were fabricated on Si(100) substrates using conventional shadow mask technique. Changes in both the PHE and MR loops for varied tcu were observed due to the effect of interlayer exchange coupling.
