Issue Date: | 18-Oct-2013 | Citation: | Wong, V.H.L., Hor, T.S.A., Hii, K.K. (2013-10-18). Silver-catalysed intramolecular hydroamination of alkynes with trichloroacetimidates. Chemical Communications 49 (81) : 9272-9274. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1039/c3cc45500a | Abstract: | Silver(i) complexes catalyse the intramolecular addition of trichloroacetimidates to alkynes. In the absence of a ligand, the selectivity of the reaction is dependent upon the nature of the counter-anion and solvent. The introduction of non-chelating nitrogeneous ligands suppresses competitive Brønsted acid catalysis, improving the yield and selectivity of the reaction. © 2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry. | Source Title: | Chemical Communications | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/76969 | ISSN: | 13597345 | DOI: | 10.1039/c3cc45500a |
