Title: | Simulated DPCA performance for dual-channel SAR processing | Authors: | Ng, W.E. Zhang, C.B. Lu, Y.H. Yeo, T.S. |
Issue Date: | 1999 | Citation: | Ng, W.E.,Zhang, C.B.,Lu, Y.H.,Yeo, T.S. (1999). Simulated DPCA performance for dual-channel SAR processing. International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) 1 : 547-549. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | Interests in slow target imaging lead us to the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) simulation and performance evaluation of dual-channel Displaced Phase Center Antenna (DPCA) clutter suppression technique for SAR processing. The Doppler chirp signature of moving target signal is altered by DPCA and has to be restored by a correction factor. Suppressed clutter powers in Signal-to-Clutter Ratios (SCR) and the Improvement Factors (IF) are measured in this numerical experiment and presented. This investigation offers a guide to the SCR requirement on the next-in-line processors such as parameter estimation. | Source Title: | International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/72917 |
