dc.description.abstractAn analytic solution of electromagnetic waves propagation in a rectangular chirowaveguide is represented in this paper in terms of spectral-domain dyadic Green's functions (DGF's) in a general form. To formulate the DGF's, the method of the modified and normalized vector wave eigenfunction expansion and the principle of scattering superposition are used. The Dirichlet and Neumann conditions on the chirowaveguides conducting walls are considered. The electric and magnetic fields in the rectangular chirowaveguide due to a point dipole excitation orientated in the y-direction is derived and the longitudinal components of both electric and magnetic fields of a convenient mode for two distinct values of chirality have been shown in the three-dimensional plots.
