Previous research doesn't provide an approach to construct models to deal with time-critical dynamic decision problems. This paper presents a Knowledge-based Time-critical Dynamic Decision Modeling system (KTDDM) for time-critical dynamic decision-making. The system architecture and functional modules are described. A new knowledge representation framework is provided to support the whole model construction process.
