ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1109/URSI-EMTS.2010.5637018 | Abstract: | This paper investigates the theoretical foundation of subspace based method for solving electromagnetic inverse scattering problem of locating point-like scatterers and retrieving their polarization tensors, using phaseless scattering data. The key step is to prove the injectivity of a coefficient-tointensity mapping operator. As corollaries, the multiple-signalclassification method can be used to locate point-like scatterers, and polarization tensors can be non-iteratively retrieved. This paper provides the theoretical foundation to recently published phaseless retrieval work. Finally, the advantage and disadvantage of the subspace method are discussed. © 2010 IEEE. | Source Title: | Symposium Digest - 20th URSI International Symposium on Electromagnetic Theory, EMTS 2010 | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/71438 | ISBN: | 9781424451531 | DOI: | 10.1109/URSI-EMTS.2010.5637018 |
