The system allows users to register and use their desired paper in the interaction, and detect the folding by using Speed Up Robust Feature (SURF) algorithm. The paper also describes a paper-based tower defense game which has been developed as a proof of concept of our method. This method can be considered as the initial step for seamlessly migrating meaningful traditional art of origami into the digital world as a part of the interactive media. ©2010 IEEE.||Source Title:||9th IEEE International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality 2010: Science and Technology, ISMAR 2010 - Proceedings||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/71339||ISBN:||9781424493449||DOI:||10.1109/ISMAR.2010.5643611|
