In this paper, the development of a computer controlled piezo manipulation system for biomedical applications such as intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is presented. In addition, an optimal set of processing conditions can be derived using the Taguchi method to provide a good success rate for the ICSI process.
