dc.description.abstractThe magnetic properties and microstructure of Co/C multilayer films was discussed. The magnetic measurements showed that phase segregation with magnetic Co-rich and non-magnetic C-rich phase occurred step by step. The as-deposited films with C concentration less than 40% showed good soft magnetic properties.
