Title: | Mackey-glass based communication scheme: System security analysis | Authors: | Mahendra, C. Puthusserypady K, S. |
Issue Date: | 2004 | Citation: | Mahendra, C.,Puthusserypady K, S. (2004). Mackey-glass based communication scheme: System security analysis. 2004 9th IEEE Singapore International Conference on Communication Systems, ICCS : 321-325. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | Use of chaotic sequences as spreading sequences for spread spectrum communications is being widely studied. This paper proposes a benchmarking scheme to judge how well a chaotic sequence satisfies the requirements of a spreading sequence, allowing comparison of various sequences proposed so far. Security analysis of chaotic spreading sequences (using Mackey-Glass DDE) is done, and it is demonstrated that security afforded by chaotic spreading sequences is proportional to the complexity of the chaotic attractor generating the sequence. | Source Title: | 2004 9th IEEE Singapore International Conference on Communication Systems, ICCS | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/70853 | ISBN: | 0780385497 |
