dc.description.abstract | FePt fct-(100) texture prepared at lower temperature for perpendicular recording was studied. CrRu underlayer with (200) texture was used to control FePt orientation. Results showed that with adequate lattice mismatch the FePt fct-(100) orientation can be realized at lower temperatures. | |
