Visible watermarking is often the choice of content owners when the work they want to protect is in the form of digital images. This paper describes an approach for adaptive visible watermarking based on the analysis of the threshold value of the image using Otsu's threshold to select the best embedding strength of the watermark at a particular position. The approach also has the unique characteristic of allowing the watermark to be extracted from a watermarked image. ©2009 IEEE.||Source Title:||Proceedings - 2009 International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Software Engineering, CiSE 2009||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/69234||ISBN:||9781424445073||DOI:||10.1109/CISE.2009.5363232|
