dc.description.abstract | The characteristics of a single shorting plane with a shorting post L-shaped probe fed antenna and a single shorting plane with a capacitive shorted post L-shaped probe fed antenna are investigated. The patches are designed at a height of about 8.4% of the wavelength The single shorting plane with a shorting post L-shaped probed fed antenna is able to achieve a bandwidth of about 44% and a gain of about 7dBi. The single shorting plane with a shorting post L-shaped probe fed antenna is able to obtain dual band characteristics. | |
