A set of in-plane constitutive relationships for both positive and negative Poisson's ratio, even for magnitudes exceeding 1, was derived for a type of honeycomb microstructure. This derivation made no distinction between θ<90°C or θ>90°C, thus establishing a bridge between the two sets of material characteristics.
