Tests results of 33 steel-fiber reinforced concrete beams under different combinations of torsion, bending, and transverse shear are reported. Based on the observed skew bending mechanism of torsional failure, equations are derived for the analysis of such beams. The theoretical model gives good predictions of the ultimate torque, mode of failure, and torsion-bending-shear interaction behavior.
