ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | A coplanar waveguide antenna (CWA) is proposed and investigated experimentally. The CWA consists of an open coplanar waveguide circuit and is fed by a coplanar waveguide with a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω. The measured return loss shows that the radiation mainly comes from the slot surrounding the open coplanar waveguide circuit.
