dc.description.abstractThe complex permittivity of rainwater, which is required for the modeling of rain-induced attenuation of electromagnetic waves, has been measured at Q band (26-40 GHz) using the infinite line impedance technique. The results obtained were found to differ slightly from those of distilled water.
