dc.description.abstractAn equivalent circuit model of injection-locked laser diodes is proposed. The model provides an easy way of analyzing injection-locked laser diodes through circuit simulation. The model is verified by studying the response of an injection-locked laser diode to direct square-wave modulation. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
