dc.description.abstract | The characteristics of a novel rectangular air-filled stacked patch with an offset L-shaped probe have been experimentally investigated. The top patch and lower U-slot patch are all supported by thin basswoods at the four comers and the height for the lower U-slot patch is approximately 10% of the designed wavelength. An impedance bandwidth of 44.4% and average gain of approximately 15 dB can be achieved. | |
