dc.description.abstract | A novel millimetre-wave CPW bandpass filter implemented with the wafer transfer technology has been realised. An insertion loss of 1.2dB, a return loss of 16dB centred at 26GHz and a fractional bandwidth of 12 have been achieved. Good agreement has been achieved between the measured data and simulated results. | |
