The questionnaire was designed to assess the practice of orthodontics, the undergraduate orthodontic curriculum in relation to the dental practitioner and continuing orthodontic education. The results showed that the undergraduate orthodontic curriculum was of limited use to the practitioner and that there was a need for a continuing orthodontic education programme.
