Abstract: BestPeer, a self-configurable peer-to-peer system, was discussed. Its a generic P2P system application designed to serve as a platform for the development of P2P applications. The network consisted of two types of entities: a large number of computer (nodes) and a relatively fewer number of location based independent global names lookup (LIGLO) servers.
