dc.description.abstractA coupling apparatus is comprised of three couplers (12,14A,14B) for interconnecting three scaffolding members (8A,8B,8C). Each coupler consists of a base (16) and a lever (18) hinged to the base, the base and the lever defining a pocket (22) for receiving the scaffold member. The locking devices for the couplers may be of a bolt-and-nut (26, 34), a wedge and arm (68, 70), a tapered circular wedge and arm (105, 102) or an over-centre hand-lever (130).
