dc.description.abstract | Genomic nucleotide sequences encoding polymorphic variants of Bt5 were identified and cloned. Use of sequences encoding polymorhic variants facilitates the generation of different recombinant variants of Bt5 proteins. The availability of these recombinant variant of mite allergens facilitates the development of clinical reagents for mite hypersensitivity. | |
